Individual & Group Clinical Supervision
Individual supervision provides focused, high-level support for clinicians pursuing licensure and long-term leadership roles in behavioral health. This service is designed for Arizona LACs/LMSW and associate-level clinicians who want more than basic oversight. It’s for therapists who are serious about clinical excellence, ethical practice, and sustainable career growth.
Supervision is aligned with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE) requirements and includes structured guidance on clinical hours, documentation, case conceptualization, scope of practice, and ethical decision-making. You will receive clear direction, consistent feedback, and practical strategies to help you move efficiently toward independent licensure.
Sessions emphasize advanced case consultation, treatment planning, risk assessment, professional boundaries, and navigating complex systems such as managed care, group practices, and private practice settings. Supervisees are supported in developing strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and professional confidence.
My supervisory approach integrates ACT, CBT, IFS, and relational frameworks, while centering cultural humility, disability awareness, and equity-informed practice. Supervision is collaborative, transparent, and growth-oriented. You will be challenged, supported, and equipped to practice at a high standard.
This service is ideal for clinicians who want individualized mentorship, strategic career guidance, and supervision that prepares them not only for licensure, but for leadership, supervision, and long-term success in Arizona’s behavioral health system.

Choosing the right supervisor can shape your entire career. I bring over 17 years of clinical experience, extensive leadership background, and deep knowledge of Arizona licensure requirements to every supervision relationship.
My approach goes beyond meeting minimum standards. I focus on helping clinicians develop strong clinical judgment, ethical clarity, and professional confidence. Supervisees receive practical guidance, honest feedback, and consistent support, without micromanagement or guesswork.
I understand the realities of working in community mental health, group practice, and private practice. Supervision includes real-world strategies for navigating productivity demands, documentation expectations, insurance systems, and professional boundaries.
You will leave supervision prepared not only to practice independently, but to lead, mentor, and advocate within the behavioral health field.
How My Supervision Compares to Agency Supervision
Agency supervision often focuses on compliance and productivity. My private supervision model focuses on development and sustainability.
Agency Supervision
• Limited time and availability
• High caseload pressure
• Focus on billing and quotas
• Minimal individualized mentorship
• Frequent supervisor turnover
Private Supervision with Me
• Dedicated one-on-one sessions
• Flexible scheduling
• Individualized growth plans
• Career and leadership mentoring
• Consistent, long-term support
You get real mentorship, not checkbox supervision.
